Bernie Burke is MBA Careers Manager, UCD Careers Network, and Co-Lead of UCD MBA LEAP (Leadership and Employability Advancement Programme), an evidence-based, for-credit module which integrates students' behavioural development with the core academic content of the UCD MBA Programmes. LEAP is underpinned by a bespoke competency framework, developed in consultation with leading global employers and applying the best academic evidence from occupation psychology, careers education and universal design learning. Drawing on over 20 years of global industry experience as a people development consultant and 10 years as a Director of her own consultancy company supporting clients in both the public and private sector. Bernie is currently undertaking a D.Ed. in Careers Education on post-graduate employability at Trinity College Dublin. Bernie holds an MSc in Organisational Behaviour, H. Dip Ed and B.A from Trinity College Dublin and is qualified and registered on the British Psychological Society QRTU, recognised by the European Federation of Psychological Testing (EFPA).
