The research institute is committed to conducting in-depth basic theoretical and strategic policy research on applied ethics, including global health ethics and digital and artificial intelligence ethics, exploring global issues that concern the future of humanity.

Lab Visit 2: The atmospheric observation station of Fudan University

The atmospheric observation station is located at the Jiangwan Campus. The site layout is planned according to the requirements of a basic meteorological station. The main observation equipment currently includes instruments for monitoring near-surface air temperature, air humidity, radiation, sunshine, precipitation, and weather phenomena etc.

Lab Visit 3: State Key Laboratory of Molecule Engineering of Polymers

The laboratory focuses on Polymer Molecular Engineering. By exploring the relationship between the molecular structure of polymers and their material properties, it effectively designs and obtains high polymers with targeted performance. It is a Chinese National Key Laboratory.
