Bobbie Noloboff administers and coordinates submissions for University of Auckland bids for scholarship funds for group outbound mobility experiences through Education New Zealand's Prime Minister's Scholarships. She is responsible for the development of successful bids in collaboration with university partners, as well as coordination of programmes that are successful in receiving funding.
